Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 30 July 2026
Miluma helps you create, schedule and publish social content. You remain in control of what is approved and are responsible for the accounts, content and instructions you provide.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Miluma.app and its community-management, content-generation, scheduling and publishing features (the “Service”). The Service is operated by the owner of Miluma.app (“Miluma”, “we”, “us”). Contact us at mapadocrew@gmail.com.
By creating an account, buying a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite is authorised to act for your studio, project or community.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are sold per connected server at the price and usage limits displayed at checkout.
- Payments and recurring billing are handled by Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.
- Your paid access begins only after payment is confirmed. Usage allowances reset as described on the selected plan and cannot be carried over or bypassed through scheduled posts.
- You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change prices for a future billing period after giving reasonable notice.
4. Connected services
The Service can connect to Discord, GitHub and social networks. You authorise Miluma to access only the accounts, repositories, servers and channels you connect, and to perform the actions you approve. You must have permission to provide that access.
Third-party services have their own rules, availability and API restrictions. You must follow their terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account actions or loss of access, but we will take reasonable care when using their APIs.
5. AI-generated content and approval
Miluma uses artificial intelligence to draft text and images. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing material. You must review every post, image, link, claim and piece of metadata before approving publication. Suggestions are not professional, legal or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue or platform approval.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service and carry out your instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and publish your content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious material, personal data you are not entitled to process, or content intended to manipulate or evade a platform’s safety systems.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components, distribute malware, conduct spam or harassment, impersonate others, or use automation in breach of a connected platform’s rules. We may restrict or suspend use that threatens users, platforms, our systems or the law.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party outages or technical reasons. Features may change as provider APIs and product requirements evolve. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, serious or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful use or where a third-party integration makes continued service impractical. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Miluma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, social-platform enforcement, or decisions made from AI output. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected server during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
If you use the Service as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Service, law or connected platforms change. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they take effect where reasonably possible. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
